Linda nailed it. Don’t be messin’ with God’s little old ladies.
What a sweet story. And may I just say — that would NEVER have made it on the air (much less led the newscast) in SoCal. I still can’t get over that the reporter/anchor described what she did as “ministry.”
I needed to hear that today. What a powerful testimony! If only we could all live our lives with such a faith, and to not stress over the small petty things in life! Thanks!
Oh wow! What courage; what strength; what faith! This exhibits the power of God’s love working through his children. Thanks for sharing this uplifting story.
Thank Lisa I live in the area, but didn’t see this. What an inspiration. Boy is Jesus proud of her and her family as well. Oh, to be so bold in the face of evil. She was protected, the name of Jesus is so strong.
Wow! This just brought tears to my eyes. What faith! It was so funny, when the lady started talking I thought it sounded like my Grandma, but she’s been with her Savior many years now.
It is so refreshing to see the media show an uplifting story of faith! Thanks for sharing!
I hope your head has healed from the sugar episode, that sounded like a real disaster! It is good to know that other women use their laundry room as a “catch all” when company is coming. I figured everybody just had it so much more together than me!

Wow! Love it! I love to see the countenance and lives of elderly folks who have lived their lives serving Him.
Don’t be messing with one of God’s sweet yet feisty ladies!

Echoing my SoCal sister… that story would never make it on air in Oregon either.
What better proof of the importance of hiding God’s word in your heart and always being prepared to give an answer for the hope that we have!
I want a faith like that! That lady has some well-used armor.
